The Stuttering Blog

Stuttering in the real world

Ok, I just moved back to California. I will explain all the details later. For now, enjoy this video of me being interviewed briefly, and me interviewing Cashis, a very well-known rapper from Shady Records/Interscope. See if you can spot my stuttering…it won’t be hard.

I’ll be coming back soon :)

  • Hello Dmitriy,

My name is Alyssa and I work for a new daytime medical talkshow that investigates medical issues and breakthroughs on a daily basis. I have watched your interview and read through your blogs about struggles with stuttering. I feel as though you would be a great guest for our show to spread awarness and to take advice from our four licensed medical physicians as well as an expert in the field. Please e-mail me your contact info. and hopefully this would be something you are interested in.

  • i really do appreciate this..u actually inspired me to begin my own blog about this http://confessionsofastutterer.blogspot.com/…thank you

  • Im a recovering stutter. I found out that its behavioral. The more often you do something it becomes second nature. I joined a group called Toastmasters. You would not believe the improvement I have made in a few months i been attending. I can now speak in large groups without the fear of stuttering. I strongly suggest you check out toastmasters, it will change your life for the best. They’re international, so theres always one near by..

  • Dude I have nothing but respect for you and what you do. You’re an inspirations to all of us stutterers who are too scared to stand up and grab opportunities before they pass us by.

    Keep up the good work!

  • Very informative indeed, Check out my blog dedicated to speech therapy, I will be updating it more frequently. Keep up the good work! I’ll be back soon.

  • Hey man,

For you to be doing what you are doing is an inspiration to all of us.

Keep it up and I hope to read more about the exciting opportunities that you take advantage of.

If anyone else there reads my comment, just remember to always lead a positive and confident lifestyle like Dmitriy, or else you will fill into the pit of depression and that ain’t pretty.

    Cheers,

    Tom

  • For as long as I’ve known you, you’ve always been positive. Keep it up =)
